All-State Plastics top management has over 25 years of experience in plastic injection molding. Beyond this experience, All-State features an extensive library of reference materials for plastics and injection molding. We also set benchmarks for each job based on similar jobs or reference materials. We make sure that every job meets or surpasses our demanding standards and if not—they are reworked and fine-tuned.

Our extensive documentation is applied to our molding process. We use SPC charting where applicable to log parts inspections whether they are required every couple of hours or 100% inspection.
